All Acrylicon products meet the highest certification requirements for indoor use and hold approvals for both healthcare buildings and food production.
Flooring solutions in modern buildings must meet strict requirements for health, safety and the environment. Especially in healthcare buildings, schools, food processing and other demanding environments, documented safe materials are essential.
Some of Acrylicon's certifications and approvals
M1 Indoor Certificate:
Documents very low emissions (VOC) and a safe indoor climate.
DNV MED B and D Certificate:
Certified for use in maritime and industrial environments.
Bureau Veritas CE marking:
Meets EU safety and quality requirements for construction products.
TÜV FCC:
Acrylicon is tested and approved according to TÜV Food Contact Certification, meaning that larger vegetables and other foodstuffs can be stored or distributed directly on Acrylicon as a surface, without degrading the produce.

What does M1 certification mean?
Low emissions:
Products with M1 certification have very low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), formaldehyde and other harmful chemicals.
Safe for indoor climate:
Products are tested to ensure they do not degrade air quality or emit odours that could be harmful to people.
Especially important for healthcare and food environments:
Often used in schools, hospitals, offices and the food industry, where good air quality is essential.
